Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

2. Personal data we process

Partner agency staff: name, email, phone, user account and sign-in records (IP address, time).

Travellers: full name, title (Mr/Mrs, child), contact phone, flight details, children’s ages, stay dates.

Payment receipts and accounting records.

3. Purposes

Hotel booking and hotel confirmation, transfers and tours, issuing vouchers and invoices, accounting and legal obligations, customer service, system security and abuse prevention.

4. Legal basis

KVKK Art. 5/2-c: performance of a contract; Art. 5/2-ç: compliance with a legal obligation; Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest (security records).

5. Transfers

To hotels, transfer and tour providers, only as needed for the service; to public authorities when required by law.

To technology providers abroad that host our systems and send our emails, under the safeguards of KVKK Art. 9 or where necessary to perform the contract.

6. Retention

Travellers’ personal data (names, phone, flight details) is anonymised 2 years after the end of the stay.

Financial records such as booking numbers and amounts are kept without traveller names for the periods required by Turkish tax and commercial law.

Agency account data is kept during the partnership and for the legal periods afterwards; error and security logs for at most 90 days.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and the third parties it was transferred to, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages.

Send your request to info@uniontour.co; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

8. Responsibility of partner agencies

A partner agency that enters traveller data is responsible for informing its travellers about this notice and for sharing only the data that is needed.
